Subject Title: Ideas for Class's End of Year Party
Dear Mrs Bala,
I am Amanda, the class monitor of Primary 5 Faith. I am writing this email to you with regards to the ideas for our class's end of year party. My classmates and I had discussed some ideas and we would like to propose two ideas that we would like to have our class party.
The first idea is to have potluck instead of catering buffet or BBQ. Having potluck allows each of us to take the responsibility to get the food item that we are in charged of and we can lessen the expenses needed for catering and getting BBQ food which we had been spending on our previous class party. Moreover, having potluck means that we will have a greater variety of food.
The second idea is to have a customized photo booth for our class party. We did some research and found out that the price of engaging a photo booth agent is very costly. Hence, we decided to our own photo booth. Ian has agreed to bring his camera and tripod to be the photographer. Next year is our final year, thus, we feel that it would be significant to capture memorable memories as a class.
